A souvenir of Train Track Park, Jerusalem

I made my souvenir beginning from the beautiful leaf that came in my package that I got from Shira. I looked at the interesting shape and used it as a template to start making a mug shaped form that reminded me of the souvenirs that I always see in souvenir shops when I go on a trip. So it was an obvious choice for me.
When my basic shape was completed, I added the donkey and the train tracks to tell the story of how the train tracks from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem came to be.
The legend is that the Turkish engineer who designed the railway to Jerusalem, chose the route in an original way: he brought a donkey and let him choose the route that was most convenient for him to get from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. He marked the trail of the donkey and on that path the track was laid
